Use the keypad on the storefront door to unlock it
Use the door on the right to enter
⚠️ Only after hours or very early morning
🔔 If you hear a beeping sound, it's the building alarm — please deactivate it. Walk to the left, and you'll see the alarm panel on the wall. Use code 1099. This is only needed if the alarm sounds — most visits won't need it.

Other Items
Set your timer, then everything else you need is in the cabinet.
You can say:
"Alexa, play spa music"
"Alexa, volume up/down 3"
"Alexa, play guided meditation"
"Alexa, turn off chiller for one hour" (if the cold plunge fan is too loud)
⏱ Set your time using the white circular timer, or say:
"Alexa, set a timer for ___ minutes."
In the black cabinet you'll find:
Remotes for the red light panels, room lighting, and cold plunge
Disposable underwear (for women)
Bottled water
Timer for your session

🔥 Infrared Sauna ▾
- Close sauna door
- Turn on using control panel
- Allow ~10 minutes to heat
- Sit comfortably and breathe slowly
❄️ Cold Plunge ▾
- Enter slowly
- Control breathing
- Stay within comfort level
🔴 Red Light Therapy ▾
- Position panel toward area you want to support
- Sit or stand comfortably
- Relax and breathe
🌊 PEMF Mat ▾
- Lay mat flat
- Lie down comfortably
- Turn on using remote
- Rest and relax
🧘 Movement Tools, Ladder & Yoga Props ▾
- Use only what feels safe and familiar
- Move slowly and intentionally
🌿 Diffuser & Atmosphere ▾
- Add water if needed
- Add essential oils of your choice
- Turn on diffuser
- Ask Alexa to play music, meditations, affirmations, or binaural beats

- Stop if you feel dizzy or unwell
- Not recommended during pregnancy
- Consult a doctor if you have heart conditions

- Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance
- Late changes without notice may be charged
- This helps keep the room fair and available for everyone

- Wet or dirty room: $45 cleaning fee
- Food or drinks (except spill-proof water): $150
- Smoking or vaping: $300
- Extra guests: $10 per person
- No unpaid guests
- No unsupervised minors
